  • Served as the Co-Champion and manager of a successful three year process, and 18 month self-study that resulted in the successful attainment of ACBSP Accreditation.
  • Responsible for ongoing reporting activities for maintaining ACBSP accreditation for the School of Business.

  • Worked with university committees, search committees, and advanced the department.  Successful chair of the search for a professor (new line) with a Ph.D. in Accounting.
  • Well versed in curriculum development and maintenance for the on-line mode of delivery.

  • Responsible for initiation and initial management of the ACBSP accreditation process.
  • Represented the School of Business at professional, community, civic, and social events after resignation of prior dean. Served on successful search committee to identify and secure a new dean for the School of Business.
Project Manager - Park Summer Business Academy, January 2010 – December 2014
  • The Park Summer Business Academy is a week-long, in-depth look at business, ethics, free enterprise, teamwork, and personal skills that will better prepare 9th and 10th graders for life after high school and beyond.
  • Program targets “at risk” students from urban core high schools; have worked with 95 (first generation to college) students from 35 schools in the Kansas City region in the last five years.  More than 75% of the eligible attendees have gone on to colleges including: KU, MU, K-State, Duke, and Park University.
